Return Policy

We currently do not facilitate direct exchanges through our website. If you wish to return an item, please reach out to us via store@pelenus.eu Note that returns without an approved request will not be processed.

You can return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with tags still attached. This policy also applies to items purchased on sale. For returns originating outside the EU, any customs fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.  

Please be aware that custom and personalized items, as well as sale items, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Shipping Policy

All domestic and worldwide orders are shipped via Lithuanian Post with shipping fees calculated at checkout.

For shipping outside EU, please note that import duties and customs charges are not included in the price of your order. In specific countries you may also be obliged to pay import duties and local sales taxes at the time of delivery. Reach out to your local customs office for more information.

Please ensure that shipping address and personal details are correct, as we are unable to redirect packages once shipped.
