1. Purchasing Products
By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products or services selected in your order, subject to the terms and conditions outlined here. Once you place an order, we will send you an email confirming the receipt of your order.
2. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us at store@pelenus.eu. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to initiate a return once the product is received.
3. Right to Cancel and Return Products
Consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. To exercise the right of cancellation, you must notify us in writing (by email to pelenus@store.eu) within the cancellation period. Upon cancellation, you must return the products at your own expense, in the original condition and packaging, within 14 days after the project has been delivered to you.
4. Refunds
Once we have received the returned product and confirmed it is in its original, unused condition, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 14 days. Please note, the following may affect the amount refunded:
– If you purchased a discounted item, the refund amount will be equal to the amount paid.
– Delivery charges are non-refundable.
– If the product is returned damaged or missing parts, a reduction in the refund amount may apply.
5. Exceptions to Cancellation
The right to cancel does not apply to:
– Custom-made or personalized products.
– Digital downloads or services once the performance has begun with your express consent.
6. Refund for Defective or Faulty Products
If a product is defective or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange. You must notify us of the issue within 14 days of receiving the product. The faulty item should be returned in accordance with our return policy, and once we confirm the defect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Defective goods are returned in accordance with the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods, approved by the Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy, dated June 29, 2001, “On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods.”
The rules are subject to the legal acts of Lithuania.
